Man it is hard to get that momentum back after Christmas. I am still trying to lose the 2 kilo I put on. Ah well, I will get it under control again.I am trying to stick to my 4 meal routine. Mooching in the kitchen is really dangerous so I am trying to eat by the clock. I am not really hungry most of the time I go looking for snacks. I just have to keep telling myself, "You don't need it now. Eat by the clock. Plan plan plan. Maybe sew sew sew some more too."
After years of losing weight and putting it on with interest I have found a plan that is easy and I will be able to stick with it on a day to day basis forever. I know it will work because it is my plan designed by me. This is part one - losing the weight. Part two will be maintaining. Being kind to myself and counting the kJ is the basis of the plan. My first goal is 70kg. The final goal is 60kg

Getting over Christmas

I put on a bit over Christmas but I am slowly getting it under control. It is hard work. I put a little weight tracker on my google home page. It is cute and will inspire me to continue to lose weight.
